  21. You need 1 of biji kelapa parut(digoreng+ditumbuk kasar).
  22. It's 8 of ekor ikan selayang(rebus+ambil isi+ditumbuk).
  23. Prepare 5 of biji bawang merah(hiris nipis).
  24. Prepare 5 batang of serai(hiris nipis+tumbuk).
  25. You need 3 of sb gula.
  26. You need 2 of sk garam.
  27. Prepare of Ulam(secukupnya+hiris nipis).
  28. It's of Kacang panjang.
  29. It's of tauge.
  30. Prepare of bunga kantan.
  31. Prepare daun of kesum.
  32. It's of timun.
  33. It's daun of selong.

  4. Cara Masak Sambal Ikan: Sangai kelapa sehingga keperangan,kemudian angkatdan tumbuk kasar(masukkan ke dalam kuali semula).
  5. Kemudian tumbuk serai sehingga sedikit hancur,masukkan bawang merah tumbuk lagi.
  6. Masukkan juga isi ikan(yang telah direbus+ambil isi) tumbuk sehingga hancur.
  7. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam kuali bersama kelapa tadi gaul mesra(nak buka api boleh,tak nak pun boleh).
  8. Masukkan garam gula secukup rasa..siap.
  9. Cara Potong Ulam: semua ulam dihiris halus@kecil untuk digaul bersama nasi.
  10. Bahan lain hanya potong macam biasa.
  11. CARA MAKAN:(bagi yang tak pernah makan nasi kerabu)- sendukkan nasi,letak budu tumis di atas nasi,letak sambal ikan kemudian ulaman,sampigan sambal,keropok,solok lada,telur masin letak tepi pinggan,gaulkan semua sekali kecuali bahan sampigan(makan bersama bahan tu sebagai lauk).
